Pricing Tiers
I am committed to providing creative and supportive experiences for all income levels.
If you struggle to pay the lowest tier, then please get in touch at hello@kathrynjohn.co.uk. There is no need to make a case or justify yourself; just ask and let me know which workshop or course you are interested in. Payment plans may also be available.
That being said, artists rely on the support of those who are able to pay, and I offer the sliding pricing scale based on trust and hope that people will pay what they are able. There are a limited number of places at each level, so please pick the one that's right for you.
Tier Three - If you are financially comfortable, with no real worries about monetary matters, have savings, can afford to treat yourself to holidays etc., we ask that you pay the full price. This not only covers our running costs but, in turn, enables you to pay it forward for those unable to pay.
Tier Two - If you have a steady income, need to be responsible about your spending but with care are able to plan ahead and budget or save for new purchases, holidays, etc., we would ask that you pay this reduced price.
Tier One - If you frequently stress about finances, dealing with debt, paying everyday bills and have irregular income, this is the category you would fall into.
These tiers are for guidance only. Ultimately, it’s up to you to pay what you feel is right for you.
