Events

Kathryn is an artist supporting people in creative processes. They are not a therapist or any other kind of health professional. This work can bring up emotions and shifts, and we ask and trust you to take care of yourself in response to anything that comes up. Everything is an invitation - you can step back or into anything that you wish. Take what you like and leave the rest.

Online events

  • Once booked, no refunds are available for online courses and classes. If you are unable to attend, you will still be able to access the recording and class resources after the event.

  • We offer an overview of workshop content is reflected in the description – however, we reserve the right to make adjustments as needed.

  • We cannot be held responsible for any technical difficulties that prevent your participation in a session. However, we will be on hand to support and help prevent this.

  • The minimum age for this event is 18. Anyone under this age must be accompanied by an adult and hold an adult ticket. We may ask for proof of age for anyone attending an event.

  • Zoom sessions are recorded in speaker view (only people speaking will be shown in the recording). By taking part, you indicate that you agree to this recording and subsequent sharing of the recording on our website and social media channels.

In-person events

  • Cancelling an in-person event up to three weeks before the start date will result in a refund minus a £20 admin fee.

  • Any cancellations made within three weeks of the event will not receive a refund of the workshop fee or deposit.

  • It is possible to transfer to another Kathryn John workshop up to 3 weeks before the event. This will incur a £20 admin fee. After this time transfers cannot be made.

  • You can transfer your place to another person - friend, family member or other - at the organisation of the original participant at any time.

Goods

  • Refunds are available in some circumstances, such as a lost parcel or damaged goods. Please email us with as much detail as possible within 7 days of receipt of a package to request a refund.

  • We post items on Tuesdays and Fridays only so please bear this in mind when ordering.

  • Many of our goods are handmade so slight variation in colour and design are likely.
